20 Years of Humanitarian Aid in the Ukraine

Since 1993 we have worked to relieve the great suffering of the Jewish population living in West Ukraine. Dr. Aleksander Schwarz's personal initiative has long developed into an indispensable relief organization.
Many Jews in West Ukraine still live beneath the subsistence level – above all the elderly. They depend on outside support.
