Dr. Mariusz Schwarz

Dr. Mariusz Schwarz practised as a gynaecologist in his own practice in Munich for around 30 years.

Since the mid-1990s he has supported Leopolis e.V. alongside his father Dr. Aleksander Schwarz. He travelled to Lviv several times, visited people there and came to know the projects at first hand.

Today he leads the association together with Dr. Peter Summa-Lehmann as executive board member. What matters most to him is continuing his father's life's work: helping the Jewish people of Lviv and keeping alive the memory of the victims of the Shoah.
